Pre-handover services (New Construction)

Throughout the construction phase we will liaise with all relevant contractors to ensure all information and document points pertinent to the future management of compliance and ongoing maintenance of the building are captured. We will initiate the creation of your Golden Thread and Key Building Information necessary to the Building Safety Regulator registration. Built Assure will then register the building on your behalf, giving you complete peace of mind.
